Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello good morning !! Animal sounds,phonics,Advertisements,rhymes is not speech. Responding to names,asking needs ,identifying things with names,calling with names are considered as speech. By 18-24 months babies can identify things,toys with names,saying repeated words,calling with relation,can respond with small words saying yes,no,Hai ,bye around 30-50 words.
