ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist10 months agoA. Namaste Mom, Approximately 400 to 500 ml of milk over all which includes breast milk and animal milk as such. His major part of nutrition should come from regular famly foods now.

Generally if you’re giving external feed then you should stick to maximum amount of 500 and also if you’re giving breastfeeding also then lesser than 500 ML of prime focus should be more on food or three meals are more important than giving milk to the child
