#asktheexperts How many time do we need to give solid food to a 7M old baby...I usually give twice....once in the morning once at night 8pm ......is this correct like giving solids 2 times or do we need to give it for 3ti.es as breakfast lunch dinner....at what age should we start Giving them 3times??

A. Hello mom as the baby gets used to solids you may as per that increase the number of meals, you may give them 2 to 3 main meals, 1 to 2 time snacks and inbetween your feed.
