A. Hello dear parent! Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding to stimulate breastmilk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in the diet. Consult a lactation expert for further advice. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand.
