RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Even very age of 3 to 4 years child can start speaking but Apple the age of 2 1/2 years you do not have to worry about it and if you see that the speeches and happening at all then in that case you can take an advice Shweta speech therapist once
