A. hi no please don't be harsh. mam ,kids do this when they feel stressed or anxious. so please try to find exact reason behind this behavior ,I mean ,what is bothering to your child. spend quality time with your child. offer lots of love and affection. and give comfort object like soft toy ,soft blanket etc. but please don't scold or yell at your child for this. it is gradual process to get rid of it's habit
