A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera and saunf in your diet to increase breastmilk supply. Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
