#asktheexperts how do i know I am fit and fine after delivery? (in pregnancy time i am suffering from bp) now my weight increase near to 10kg

A. Hello dear parent, you will have to feel fit from inside. If you are feeling active, then you are fit. Drimk more water. Take your supplements like iron calcium and vitamin. These are really important post pregnancy but with the doctors permission only. But if you face weakness or laziness maximum times,then you are low in energy. Eat you diet proper.
