It Depends as to what is the quantity of sweet you are giving to the child so if you give one piece of sweet or something to your child on an every day basis it’s good enough to much of sweet no matter how you make it is never healthy to try to use more of dry fruits to add sweetness to the food like dates and sometimes you can go ahead with anjeer and all these things are very healthy
