#asktheexperts How can we keep safe our kid from cold when she is feeding because many times it happen when kids have to suffer from cough after feeding?

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello don't worry for blocked nose saline nasal drops can be used 2 drops in both the nostrils and if you get cold always wash hands and cover nose and mouth while feeding the baby.

Use saline nasal drops
Give indirect steam inhalation
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products

Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
