A. hi for Healthy weight gain,the best solution is to provide nutrients dense high-calorie foods to your child diet . so you must add the below 10 food items in your child diet : ghee whole cream milk. Jaggery potatoes,sweet potatoes or rice banana chickoo or apple dry fruits egg or paneer avacado or papaya
