Have whole dals , millets .
Fruits that you can limit the intake would be such as banana , chikku , custard apple , mango , etc as they are healthy but raise the sugar levels
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should follow a proper diet whch can help to maintain the sugar levels and you should avoid rice as much as possible and include ragi jowar like food and this will help too.. if sufar level is too high then you may have to take insulin and it would be better to check with your doctor
