Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi well ,there is difference between to have low weight gain and to look thin. so first thing ,as your child is 3 years old ,if he or she has weight around 13 to 15 kg then no need to worry about his /her physical appearance.
