Q.

#asktheexperts hlo my son is entering 20 months tomorrow, my concern is that what can I give him regularly and what should I give in alternate day.. i mean primary food i know which we all eat on daily basis like chapati,rice, vegetables, fruits and cereals..but can i give ghee,butter,curd, cheese,egg, chicken etc..like these high protein items daily or i should add these in his meal in alternate day..

A. you may give all family food, Don't cook separate for ur baby, give him or her same food what your eat . milk intake limite up to 450 ml per day only,

A. As far as baby is healthy and physically active , sound.. you can feed ur baby as he/she eats . No need of restrictions like daily / two days once.. keep in my mind the obesity which is long term effect of what you do today.. even in the case of your baby it's applicable
