#asktheexperts hlo doctor m delivery date was 8 June 2021 my menstrual come back after 3 month bt now they are not regular as they are before also the mom pouch is also not decreasing m also having 1 finger gap off diastsis recti how can I get rid of it

For diastasis recti there is surgery and also there is Physiotherapy and if you consult your doctor they will tell you which one will be suitable for you.
