#asktheexperts hlo doctor i want to know if my baby is having 5 meals properly but with that he demands milk(not mine he drinks cow's milk now) before sleeping and after waking in early morning in bottle..is it ok ?Am i overfeeding him?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, the total milk intake of your baby during the day including milk products like curd, paneer should not be more than 500 ml per day. in that case, you are not overfeeding milk. give 3 meals in a day and 2 healthy snacks in between.
