A. Namaste Mom, Some individuals there body type is such that they are unable to gain weight easily but they are active for their age and also eat a healthy and well balanced diet. including following foods in there diet could help such - panner , ghee, milk , eggs, dry fruits , nuts and seeds, also chicken, dals, lobia, chana, rajma etc stuff parantha, soya, fruit milk shakes etc
