#asktheexperts hii mam..my baby is 1 year old .Her birth weight was 3.3 kg..but her weight is now only 7 kg..she attained all her milestones..she is well and active..she was diagnosed with anemia of infancy..taking her fe drops daily..why she is not gaining weight mam

Sometimes you do deficiency of Iron the child does not eat well and also the weight does not increase right now as per the birth weight the weight is quite less your child should be at least nine by the age of one so you should give more of proteins in the diet that should be helpful
