Mami what kind of wounds are you having that you have not mentioned clear and what is the reason behind it that is also not clear to me again so please get it examined by the gynaecologist and she will assist you accordingly in the meanwhile if you want you can take a lactation supplement if it helps an increasing your feed and also you can give formula to the child
