#asktheexperts Hii madam we using loctogen only bcoz of no mother milk.. what we need healthy food for 8 months baby boy..can v give got milk r cow milk it's good for baby n its digestion

A. Dear parent, you can give cow milk or any pasteurised milk to your 8 months old baby. You can give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, kheer, khichadi, vegetable dal rice. Seasonal fruits Curd, paneer, cheese Eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
