#asktheexperts hii doc, my second child is 4 year and 1 month old but her weight is height is not as per her age. I am concerned about it because from last 1 year she has not grown . Wearing same sized clothes and shoes. Please suggest me what to do........

Maam I think it would be good for you that you get your child physically more active make your child running jumping anything which is possible which you feel is going to be helpful plus change the entire meal plan for your child for the time being for that purpose I would highly recommend you to consult a nutritionist they will assist you and guide you with the right kind of diet plan which will help in elevating the weight of your child
