A. Hi parent please use avla aritha and shikakai powder mixture for washing your hair you can apply aloevera gel or natural mehndi hair pack with curd or egg once a week please give daily sun light exposure

Hello....the same situation happen with me ...my daughter is 7 month now and my hair quality is improving...it will fall for some time as during pregnancy there was no hair fall... breastfeeding..less sleep..many reasons..it will improve...also please take good intake of calcium and iron..it will stop eventually.don't worry.
