Green leafy vegetables especially rajgira, shepu, spring onion, other greens.
Beet root, sitaphal.
Dry fruits like dates, black currant, munnakka, prunes, figs as it is or soaked overnight.
In grains Bajra, poha is good.
Have whole pulses like kala chana, beans, rajma, sprouted pulses.
Have seasonal fruits especially citrus like orange, mousambi, berries, guava, before food for good iron absorption.
Squeeze lemon over Dal and sabzi.
Black till chikki made with jaggery, peanut chikki.
