#asktheexperts hi want to know what should I do as my 4 year old doesn’t gain weight and I have tried every other things to increase his weight but all in vain

Dt Ritu PuriGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi give baby first balanced meal and prefer giving small n frequent meal rather giving heavy meal at a time.
As baby is young so might not eating well at a time.
You need to also add calorie dense food in babys diet like nuts, ghee, paneer, potato, cheese, cream etc
