#asktheexperts Hi Sir, my wife has a twin pregnancy with the 10th week running. Currently, we are taking folic and progesterone tablets. My question is whatever she eats within 1 or 2 hours she has vomiting and tiredness, Are they symptoms for twin babies? Do we need to take care of anything?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. get plenty of rest (tiredness can make nausea worse) avoid foods or smells that make you feel sick. eat something like dry toast or a plain biscuit before you get out of bed. eat small, frequent meals of plain foods that are high in carbohydrate and low in fat

You don't feel the babies kicking any earlier with twin pregnancies. "Generally when you are pregnant with twins, fetal movements become more noticeable at weeks 18 through 20 of pregnancy, and the same is true in singleton pregnancies," Al-Khan says.
