#asktheexperts Hi Sir, my wife has a twin pregnancy with the 10th week running. Currently, we are taking folic and progesterone tablets. My question is whatever she eats within 1 or 2 hours she has vomiting and tiredness, Are they symptoms for twin babies? Do we need to take care of anything?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. get plenty of rest (tiredness can make nausea worse) avoid foods or smells that make you feel sick. eat something like dry toast or a plain biscuit before you get out of bed. eat small, frequent meals of plain foods that are high in carbohydrate and low in fat
