Could possibly would help with de worming syrup as such as this is quite recommended for kids at least till age of 5 to 8 years every 6 months

Mam this report is seem completely normal to me there is nothing wrong in the report that you have posted but you should just take crosscheck with your doctor to have better clarity understanding of the report because everything if you look at it is normal in the report there’s nothing that they have seen which is abnormal
