#asktheexperts Hi Sir.My son is 8 years old but I think his height is not increasing .He still looks like 7 years old...could you please advise what should we do

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy1 day agoA. Hello mama Height is genetic .. Indulge ur child in some physical activity like hanging ,stretching, playing basket ball , swimming etc for height increase. Also include diet rich in calcium and protein for height increase.
