Hi Hi this is approximately 3 KG underweight so that has to be some reason as to why your child is not gaining weight mostly what I feel could be nutritional deficiency only but I cannot be sure so I’m going to advise you to take a consent on the entire thing with your doctor the consultation is definitely going to reveal much better
