#asktheexperts Hi sir,My boy is 13 months old and I have got chicken pox and doctor advised to stop breastfeeding my boy to stop spreading it to him....I have suddenly stopped breastfeeding and it's been 2 days since I stopped and I hand expressed some milk out of my breasts and thrown it....my breasts are heavy and engorged and stiff and there is some pain .....what should I do?

A. Hi you may use philips avent breast pump for your baby. You can store milk and later feed your baby. And its has a bottle too to feed baby. You can store the milk in the fridgeand feed later
