#asktheexperts hi sir ...my baby keeps on clearing his throat n have phlegm for month one month..v got him to a pediatrician but dey sd his chest is clear after checking with a stethoscope..but what is ghar ghur sound n wat he keeps on clearing..most prominently wen he is having milk

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. hello parent your kids six months old and is noticed to have gurgling sound it is because of the secretions pooledd up in the throat, as such when the child wakes up tries to clear it by Hawking as long as the chest is clear do not worry u may give sips of luke warm water to liquefy secretions
