Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. it is very less likely that it will spread to the parents because of good immunity in the grown-ups and it usually spreads more among the children so keep the child away from other children

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Yes it can spread. It is contagious disease which is self limiting disease. It will be fine with antibiotics prescribed by the doctor within 7-10 days.. Take care and all the best
