RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. You Leave it with cold water every 3 to 4 hours sometimes a little bit of discharge is normal from the eyes of the child it’s completely normal otherwise if you read to you can consult your doctor for some eyedrops for this
