#asktheexperts Hi sir/mam. I am a mother of twin baby boys my babies weight and height are not increasing. there weight is only 9kg and 9.5kg respectively. I am giving all sort of food, vegetables still there weight is not increasing.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Give protien rich diet include dals, eggs, all milk and milk products, tofu, nuts, beans in daily diet.
Give sufficient play time, running, stretching exercise, cycling, exercise will help.
