#asktheexperts Hi sir..inspite of giving very good diet...their weight is not increasing ...also is there any need of protein supplements for children of 6 years...And what food should be given to them to increase their protein intake ?

Get yourself involved into physical activity with which the appetite will be increased the child will eat better and also check if your child is having any nutritional deficiency or child is unable to process the food in terms of digestion because these are the basic reasons for not gaining proper health
