#asktheexperts Hi Sir, Good Morning. Sir my new born baby is 8 days old. He is not sleeping much during daytime like everyone used to say that newborn sleeps for 15-16 hours. Night time sleep is ok-ok like 5-6 hours with break in between for feeding. Any suggestions?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom new borns sleep tend to change , and also take time to get used to the new world, so you may give massages and warm water bath to them would work.
