#asktheexperts hi please guide my tummy not ar all going inside 4 months after delivery, will it remain like this now?

A. you need proper exercise. q.. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Hello good morning try to start with some basic exercises like walking. Waking is a good way to shed some weight. 20 mins of walk can help you alot. Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial.Have a balanced and healthy diet. Try to Avoid carbs and sugar to reduce weight faster. Both diet and exercises wil' on'y help in weight loss.
