#asktheexperts hi,my son weight is not gaining and he hasn't started speaking yet he will be 2 years on march 26 . Is it ok?

don't worry it is normal,
just keep talking with your child more
spend quality time with your child
play different games, sing rhymes and read stories with your child,it will help in this
but please don't force your child and don't expect perfection.
for healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
