#asktheexperts Hi, my son was born in 27 weeks (august born). recently we have started solids, 1 time food only we are giving. after started solids he is not pooping regularly and his poop is so thick. can anyone tell me what to do and how much water we have to give?

A. Try to at least include hundred ML of water every day into the diet of your child you can give more than that this is minimum when we talk about water you can give milk coconut water you can also give butter milk these things are also going to help in easy and better digestion of the food that you are giving and motion would be easier the constipation will reduce and also The digestion would be better
