A. Hello dear parent m! Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Above one year you can start giving your baby all the healthy foods that you daily prepare for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Good luck and take care.
