A. can be torticollis. It is not possible to comment upon or advise on this issue as it might require a detailed examination so you can see a nearby doctor for the same and do as the advise for this

At This is the head of the child is not completely stable you can come to know more after the age of 6 to 8 months with the head is completely stable so you can wait for three more months are in general and still if you feel that something is wrong when you get a check will have clarity and will be more sure
