#asktheexperts Hi my baby is 7 months old. can I give her eggs in the form of omelette or scrambled eggs? If yes then how much egg can be given in one meal ?

Not Before completing the age of eight months I can be introduced in the age of nine months to a child and initially only yellow party is given white can be introduced only after completing the age of one year and chicken and fish can be introduced in the beginning of 10 months
