See the child is gaining at least a minimum of half a kilo kilogram in a month then that is a good weight gain and we always suggest to to focus on making the child healthy if the child is going to be chubby which will only happen if the child gains that much amount of weight which is approximately 1 kg or more in a month otherwise not practically you cannot do anything about it
