#asktheexperts Hi My baby is 14 months and now i slowly want to wean her off. Its getting hard to breastfeed all day and all night. Iam not keeping well since a month.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician23 hours agoA. Weaning from breast feeding takes time so you should continue doing that gradually rescue ce the frequency of feeding and introduce packet milk or whichever you are using at home in diluted home

I understand so you can start introducing a complimentary feeding to the child and start withdrawing on yours and in the night also if you want instead of milk if your child is comfortable taking water and going back to sleep you can start doing that as well
