A. Dear mum, weight of 9.5 kg is a healthy weight for 1 year 3 months old baby, do not worry. For healthy weight gain, give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. You can give eggs and non veg foods. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food. add dry fruits and nuts to baby’s diet.
