#asktheexperts hi my baby got his 10 weeks vaccination yesterday. he has been very fussy since and not sleeping well. he is not feeding much as well, and clenching his mouth. plz advise

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. when fever comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelliing you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever
