Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy2 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week . It is normal as long as there is no discomfort in your baby. Consult your doctor for further assistance in this matter
