#asktheexperts hi mam.. what will be mother's daily diet schedule who undergone csection for healthy breastfeeding..? will tea and coffee can be taken? what should avoid and what should taken

You Can have tea and coffee it is not an issue either of the things two cups per day don’t exceeded it has too much of nicotine and caffeine into it so 2 cups and apart from that there is no such restriction on eating anything for a C-section Mom you just have to avoid fruits and vegetables which have seeds into them like lady finger brinjal guava apart from that you can have everything
