That is a very common situation and kids can have the same situation till the age of 9 to 10 years also just have to tell the child that these are normal sounds and slowly gradually the child will get used to it because you have to understand these sounds are sometimes very annoying for kids but apart from that if the child does not show any discomfort then it is a normal thing still if you want you can check with an ENT doctor
