#asktheexperts Hi mam, my little one is 9 months old. He will not sleep continuously at night. He will wake for every 1.5 to 2hr. Please suggest me a good sleep pattern.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 week agoA. Wake up in the night to take a feed but usually the sleep is better they wake up every 3 to 4 hours to take a feed and if your child is waking in small span of time give formula milk during the nighttime and see if that helps in keeping the child sleep for a better duration
