Nezoral shampoo medicated to be used for the hair of the child you can go ahead with that and use it straight for 21 days to get rid of dandruff and the pimples at your child is having on the face is probably just associated with the same because the dandruff can lead to skin issues so for that purpose I believe it would be good for you to consult a skin specialist once
